MEET 1875 BEEF

1875 Beef is a Veteran owned company, proud to provide high quality cuts of beef from the Oregon High Desert. We primarily raise our own beef across the Silver Lake and Paisley valleys. Additional live cattle are sourced from local, family run ranches that have operated the since the late 1800's. Our mission is to bring nutritious, ethically raised, and locally sourced product to the consumer - supporting our communities along the way.

We currently sell our product at our store front, The Cowboy Dinner Tree, in Silver Lake Oregon. We also provide drop off services in Eugene, Salem, Bend, and Klamath Falls in conjunction with our packaging productions. A variety of mercantiles and markets carry a selection of cuts as well.
